Announcement: Change in Leadership

We would like to announce that Cathy Heeley will be stepping down as Executive Director due to personal reasons. Over the past year, Cathy has been instrumental in guiding our strategic planning process. We are deeply grateful for her leadership and vision, which have significantly contributed to our mission.

Effective 1 December 2024, Celine Chan will take on the role of Executive Director. Celine first joined us as a volunteer in 2018 and became a Legal Officer in 2021. In this role, she worked with migrant domestic workers and pro bono partners to make cross-border access to justice a reality. Since July 2023, Celine has served as the Co-Head of Office for JWB Hong Kong.

We are confident that Celine will lead our organisation with dedication during this transition and continue our vital work.
