Justice Without Borders (JWB) is seeking passionate individuals to join us as a PR Volunteer – Admin Support on our regional PR team. If you are keen to work for a cause with meaning, are self-motivated, and comfortable working in a culturally diverse team, read on to find out more!

What we Offer:

  6. Work in a multi-cultural environment with teams and partners across a regional network in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

You will make an Impact by:

Coordinating different projects for key audiences across the region. Working alongside JWB’s staff, volunteers and fellows, you will be involved in:

  • Managing and posting content on social media platforms weekly
  • Managing web content through WordPress, such as posting articles, research publications, and videos; updating the website with the latest information
  • Assisting and management and organization of key corporate communications projects such as annual report, e-newsletter, press releases
  • Manage stakeholder database
  • Organising files and folders in Google Suite
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings

Terms of engagement:

  • 10 hours per week, for at least 3 months. This ensures enough exposure for a good experience.
  • Working remotely, with in-office work possible for those interested
  • Priority will be given to those who can joins us for 6 months or longer

What we are Looking For:

  • Attentive to details, good organizational and communication skills
  • Understand the importance of administrative and organizational functions
  • Enjoy getting things organised
  • Proficiency in English
  • Resourceful, self-directed, able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities independently
  • JWB treats its volunteers as professionals and entrusts high levels of responsibility in them accordingly.
  • Have their own laptop with Microsoft Office products and ability to communicate via web applications (email, calendar) throughout the day.

The Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in Cantonese, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, or any other dialects spoken in Indonesia and the Philippines
  • Experience in WordPress and contact database services
