Justice Without Borders (JWB) is seeking passionate individuals to join us as a PR Volunteer – Graphic Design on our regional PR team. If you are keen to work for a cause with meaning, are self-motivated, and comfortable working in a culturally diverse team, read on to find out more!

You will make an Impact by: 

Coordinating various PR communications and branding projects. Working alongside other JWB staff, volunteers, and fellows, you will be involved in the following tasks:

  1. Design JWB collaterals for PR communications and fundraising and training events
  2. Create digital images, infographics (static and animated), and videos used on our website and social media platforms
  3. Help maintain a consistent style and standards for the brand across the organization

 

Terms of work:

  1. 10 hours per week, for at least 3 months. This ensures enough exposure for a good experience.
  2. Work remotely, with in-office work possible for those interested
  3. Priority will be given to those who can volunteer with us for 6 months or longer

 

What we are Looking For:

  1. Creative, fun, attentive to details, able to think outside of the box while following JWB’s brand guidelines
  2. Experience in branding and design 
  3. Proficiency in using Canva or other design tools
  4. Proficiency in English writing and presentation skills 
  5. Strong organizational skills
  6. Resourceful, self-directed, able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities independently
  7. Professionalism. JWB treats its volunteers as professionals and entrusts high levels of responsibility in them accordingly.
  8. Have their own laptop with Microsoft Office products and ability to communicate via web applications (email, calendar) throughout the day.

 

The Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Fluency in Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, or any other dialects spoken in Indonesia and the Philippines 
  2. Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), 
  3. Video editing skills
