Lilian Tong is a member of the Hong Kong Board. She has over 9 years of local and international NGO experience, operating funding projects in Hong Kong and managing grants to projects on children's rights and development in Asian countries. She has worked for the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust on business development of Trust-initiated projects, and previously administered regional grant programmes on migration and human trafficking in Porticus Asia. First connected with JWB as a work partner, she continues contributing to the work of JWB since 2022 with passion to serve migrants and marginalised communities.
