JWB develops practical guides by jurisdiction to support pro bono lawyers and caseworkers in pursuing claims, even after clients return home.

Research for International Claims
Civil litigation for migrant workers is a relatively new field, especially in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia, where we work. JWB also conducts targeted strategic research on the unsolved legal issues that migrant workers continue to face in host countries.
